Spider.sav?

I've just discovered a file in "my documents" folder, entitled spider.sav.
A quick look on Google has left me none the wiser :blink:
Is this file a saved game, a trojan or an XP driver?
AVG, Adaware & Spybot S&D aren't reporting anything un-toward.
Is my life now heading for a downward spiral? Will my kids eat tonight? Will my wife still find me sexually attractive? Or is this the beginning of the end :(
