I already have the .bin file and I either need a cue or an iso.

Make your own Cue.
open notepad and copy

FILE "nameofprogram.bin" BINARY
TRACK 1 MODE1/2352
INDEX 1 00:00:00

paste it to notepad.

Then right click on your BIN and click to rename it, but DONT rename it, just copy the name.

Then paste that name between the parentheses in your notepad window.
Then save it with a .cue extension

So it should look something like

FILE "jedinight2.bin" BINARY
TRACK 1 MODE1/2352
INDEX 1 00:00:00
