dont be gay and use a good client with a maximum upload setting and get your self on a good tracker, e.g what the torrent runs through. too many users = slow speeds

a fast tracker is not an overloaded tracker.

the tracker that i and a few others use is a private tracker for broadband speeds only and i think if u ask any of them they will tell u speeds are always good on new files.
