Bin's R Avg's Heeeelp

I tried to dl a game but instead of the bin and cue's I get cue's and avg updates
is there a way to convert the avg's into a bin?

desperately need help.

Sounds like a definate fake, if not I have not heard of this way of sharing yet.

Dont worry,they arent fakes.If you have AVG installed then the computer labels the bins as AVG updates by default.Nothing to worry about so just carry on as normal. :)
