what program do i use to download off bitsoup? i v tried the latest version of utorrrent and it does not work still, do i need to change the settings of the client?? if so what do i need to do?

No. The tracker will only allow use of the following clients:

I checked out a popular torrent on bitsoup, and nobody had utorrent 1.7+, so I guess it's not allowed. Go back to utorrent 1.6.1 m8, it's still the best utorrent :)

i use utorrent 1.6.1 490 version and i haven't any problems..
