Well, i though I might have been looking at a string of bad luck, but things seem to be going my way today.

Me and the lady are at odds right now and she's driving home to spend Labor Day w/e with her parents.

School also started this week and things have been rather hectic.

But....

I had a job interview this morning and I killed. I was scheduled with a woman from HR but she completely forgot about our meeting until I got there. She said she didn't have time for me but would let me speak to the Regional Manager (turns out his area encompasses almost all of Texas). The guy fucking loved me. Looks like I might be in for an awesome job and I won't have to leave Texas after all.

Plus, when I left work tonight I was returning some voicemails from the day and got one from a girl friend in Houston. She's moving her Bachelorette (spelling?) party to Austin and the womenz need a place to stay. I just so happen to be able to accommodate a few with the g/f gone. :whistling

Its at $330 mil'?? :O

Hmm....maybe I should snag one.

I've only played the lotto one time. I bought a $1 scratch-off ticket and lost. All I could think of was how dissapointed I was and wished I had my dollar back. It wasn't fun like gambling in a casino for example. I vowed never to spend money on the lotto again and haven't.

A penny saved is a penny earned. :sage:

I played the 1st UK lottery, won a tenner and have abstained ever since. I'm more than happy with my £9 profit and the great feeling of 100% win record...
