After registration at a polish tracker I got the following message, which I unfortunatly cannot understand.
As I got not confirmation yet I suppose something was wrong

Would much appreciate a short translation in English

It's like at sct, staff decide when give invites

few month ago every user got some invites from 1 (users) up to 15 (uploaders)

but I don't think it will happen again - not this year for sure
