is there a dedicated mobile phone, pda, etc tracker?

looking mainly for games and apps for my new cell
but wouldnt mind walls, ringtones, screen savers, etc as well (saves me the time and trouble)

or if there isnt a dedicated site is there some general trackers with a lot of content other than demonoid
