Pros:

Great choice of color.

Cons:

Too much smudging.
Too much use of the splatter brush. (Unless you did the circles with the pen tool or marquee tool, then good job. But still, too many.)
Blending was not done as well as it could have been.
The duplication on the left side (With just the hair) is a bit of a bad choice. If you show more, itd have a bit more of a flow to it, but the way it currently is, no.)
Text. Worst part. (As it usually is, especially with me.) Cant really give any pointers, but right now its a bit....bleh. Bleh, being; not good.

Of course, I noted many more cons then pros. There are a ton more pros, but itd be more beneficial for you to know what can be improved on, rather then just noting all pros and you thinking there is no room for improvement.

Overall, id give the signature a 6/10. Above average.

Great job.

If you do some improvements on it, and use a bit more creativity, it could easily be a 7.5/10.
