Converting Assorted Divx Files To Mpeg?

I want to edit some files I have on divx and avi formats. For ease I'd like to get them all down to mpeg. Anyone know of a real simple and easy to use decoder? It would be especially helpfull if it could queue files for download since I'd rather not sit there all night to decompress 80 files.

decompression ain't gonna happen. if you turn an AVI into an MPEG 1 file, it's going to be recompressed. sounds like a minor nitpick about the term, but there's a huge difference between those two things.
