my waste generally flushes without blockage.

30 waist size, sometimes I have to go with 32 on shorts though because they are too short and look ridiculous.
and it's damn hard to find pants in a 30x34 in my area anyway.

Edit my post... im soon to be 30x36... say goodbye to all pants. On second thought it doesnt really matter. Only time I wear dress pants is to work now in my office job (which are custom tailored anyway). All the rest of the time I wear shorts.
