Well, there's Mario Tennis for N64. That's quite a good game.

Virtua Tennis on Dreamcast/PS2/PC (rip on kazaa) is fun and very addictive, but you get stupidly unrealistic rallys at point blank range

Anna Kournikova Tennis on PS1 is supposed to be a pretty good game too
