This morning I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese, a muffin and a full glass of milk for breakfast. (around 7am) I was pretty stuffed when I left, but around 11:30 I was fucking starving to the point where I had to stop working and go get something. I had lunch around 1pm and I'm still okay from it.

What do you guys eat for breakfast..and what can I eat so I can keep going all the way till lunch?

cornflakes or toast 'n jam or both or a good old fashioned English fry-up.

a bowl of porridge is perfect to keep going all the way till lunch.

muesli is always good, gives you that long lasting energy. Or a good old fashioned fry up with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms ect.

No matter what I eat for breakfast I always get strong hunger pains around 9:30-10am. I could have eggs and bacon for breakfast or just a bowl of cereal and I get the same thing.

It happened to me at my old job where I worked at a lumber yard which made me think I got really hungry because I was exerting a lot of energy. But at my new office job, I still get really hungry around the same time.

Not sure what it is, but if I don't eat anything it usually goes away in 30 mins.
