-Helpful, collected links to save search time.

-FST NZB section/merlin's portal, many others.

it just scares people (maybe that's the idea :P).

People in my experience just want to know how to download, and maybe know the gist of it.

this post explain how usenet works with too many theory and i like it.you dont have to read all ,only most important.but may be yes its not recommended for noobs

Better yet, use your ISP's free usenet to play with before you spend a single dollar. And if Slyck's guide is confusing, you are gonna have a hard time with usenet....period.
