if U are User, U'll get 1 invite per 2 months,
Power Users 1/1,
Members 2/1,
Uploaders 3/1,
Helpdesk-members 4/1,
VIPs 4/1,
Super Uploaders 5/1,

To receive these invites, U have to have a 0,5> ratio.
Invites are given on the first day of each month.
Warned users can not send invites.
U can trade your invites for ! GB of upload, if click on the "Meghívó beváltás"-button at the "Meghívás"-menu.

It is a raw translation from the tracker's rules, hope it helps. :)
BTW, invites are closed until 6th Dec. Of course U'll receive your invites, just can not send them.
