Correct, lots of non-nordic IPs are banned, they are the same admin that used to run DB and they did the same there, it's a shame they are so insular about things, but it is their tracker and they are keeping out those that they could possibly perceive as undesirable users form certain countries that are not so lax on BT Protocols.
