Have you searched before posting this (it's a rhetorical question, so don't answer)?

If they open it will be after the summer, so it can be tomorrow (or is the summer over?) or next year. The SysOp is the only one who knows, if he knows, and that's what he said, after the summer.

"Invites would be available again" - means 0.1 invite per user or a normal chance to get it ?
