connection problem

hi
ive been using NG for some time now and i have a small problem

i keep on getting disconnected from my internet when i hit full sped and then it consistently happens

so if im downloading i can download and then my prog halts to a stop and my internet dies

but i can reconnect but not then download!

i sometimes have to wait 5 mins then close newsbin and open again to download

any programs that are friendly when connection dies and reconnects??

currently using newsbin pro
