I've got enough of al these fake vice cities and the ones you can't download because it keeps needing more sources and all that. so sorry I have to ask this question again but does someone have the download for real and it will actually download it too! I've tried the sig2dat links I found here but they won't work.

Yes everyone has it (bin's that is) i do not think that you asked for a rip did you. Anyways what do you want, diffrent verifieds, do a manuall search for VCA and VCB. It should be on here by now. If not just use torrents or direct connect.
