Capping Speed on a Certain Port

hi i have a d-link dsl-504t and i would like to capp the download and upload speed on a certain ip port. is this possible to do on the router settings or do i need a third party software to do this.. thanks

what exactly are you trying to do ?
i doubt your router has any setting for it to throttle traffic on a specific port.
