Sct invites question

So, I know they're handed around when staff feel like it, but do they hand them around to everyone or just those of a certain class?

And they've not handed them around for a while right?

They had handed out 2invites on May2007 to everyone that was an Sct member for at least one month, since they wanted to raise the userbase limit.

They handed out invite on last May. On 14/15-05-2007. I guess, this is the last time ever they handed it out, as it will not happen anymore like Skizo said. Heard that even newly promoted uploaders have no invite.
