The singer has made her long-awaited comeback - dressed as a stripper in a black, sequined bikini and knee-high boots.

She's performed her new single Gimme More at the MTV video music awards in Las Vegas.

Britney moved slowly around the stage at the Palms casino and it looked like she was miming to a backing track.

It's been a tough year for her. Britney's divorced Kevin Federline and is involved in a custody case with him over their children Sean and Jayden. Britney's also been in rehab, shaved her hair off and has been photographed without knickers on nights out.
