I'm currently DL'ing Plus for Win XP.
It's 172483kb and it say's "this one works..not the 149mb version".
What the heck is it?
Is it like a plus folder for XP?
Or
Is it that CD program Microsoft sell's?

What Are some of the best themes or packages for Win XP?

You could - Though I've had problems with several modules (e.g. Plus! Personal DJ) I've had to omit during installation. It all depends on which sources get it from.

If anyone else finds the same problem, you can try Sharelive equipped with eMule and download it there (but they get it from fucktheinter.net - That's a site name mods, before I get a ton of metal thrown on me ;))

Windowblinds is ok but it uses up way too much system resources just for some extra graphics...

The best visual styles are enabled through a .dll that you can get for free from Neowin in their Visual Style's forum. It is exactly the same file that enables Style XP to work, and it is free.

Go Here to the Neowin forum (http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?act=SF&f=34) where you can download styles from the creators themselves.

Also look at Kol's website: Here (http://www.studio-28.tk/)

Enjoy!

Yeah, there is no point in dowloaded StyleXP, WindowBlinds, or even Windows PLUS! to just use themes. Download the .dll file instead, thats what i'm currently using and its doing fine.

I'm not going to criticize WindowBlinds as i've never used it. You recently posted a screenshot of your theme 'Beacon', and someone posted a link to it at themexp. Just wanted you to know that it also runs with the uxtheme patch. I personally don't like it mind you; too bulky.

I think you should maybe dump WindowBlinds my friend.
