Why is there 3 episodes of season 4 (DVDSCR) out on NG and no tv rips?

I thought the season 4 was going to be aired like the previous seasons, so does this mean that it straight to DVD??

Well... For some ¤(#%¤# reason I thought we already where in October now so I'm going to my shrink tomorrow :frusty:
