it does have some ntsc dvd-r's. not a ton though. most are pal though which really isnt surprising as its a swedish based site and pal is there format. i believe only dedecated uploaders can upload new releses. however power user and above can fill requests. as far as the speeds go it really varies from torrent to torrent. i usually get around 350-400k though which is my max. hope this helps.

to be honest if you want ntsc dvd-r's best bet is either tl or td. wildbytes is also good as they have seperate pal and ntsc sections

TTi is great but most if not all DVDR is PAL for NTSC releases i usually use TDC or a normal 0day tracker
