need help with SCC

when i go to scc it says:

Not Found
The requested URL /browse.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and when i go to the index, it says:

Welcome to s**********
To change this page, upload a new index.html to your private_html folder

can somebody please tell me what i need to do exactly
in order to get in? i dont really understand the steps

signup, i just got the invite. It's my fault i was trying their old signup.php page (which was there yesterday) while i should've just clicked the link in my mail.
Browsing the site now.:D

hmm, site is working but has a line on the top of the page:
