Have a ncore invite

Can some body help............have a ncore mail........ but i am not able to register through it ........and the language is such that it is not possible to understand it even on transaltion to english .............
on clicking the register link it is giving message " Nincs ilyen függő meghívó! ".............


can somebody help me to register on ncore
