I have this problem for 2-3 weeks... I haven't ban.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Where is a problem? :-/

403 Forbidden error means you do not have permission to access the specific host. Meaning your ip address is banned from accessing the host when a 403 error message is displayed. If your account has not been banned from misuse, try contacting them via IRC

But IRC doesn't work too :-/

Those news are possibly outdated but as I've never been in their IRC channel, you might have some luck with:

We are having trouble with our IRC network, it might take some time until it is up so we made a backup IRC chan at irc.darknet-irc.net #s********** and #scc-support.

Also, I've seen Chalisto post from time to time here on FST, you might want to ask him if nothing else works.

You are probably IP banned, and not welcome on the site. Sorry.

He never said he didnt want help. iNTERNAL - error 403 means your ip is banned. Why don't pm Chalisto your site nick and he will hopefully tell you what the score is.

iNTERNAL, can you change your ip ?
then you will be welcome again :)

question is why banning ip if most users use dynamic address ?

maybe to piss off other users from same network who didn't do anything wrong but dhcp assign them ip that is banned on that site.

Don't avoid the ban, it will only get your range banned. ;)

range ban !?
wouldn't that ban more people that don't have anything with person that caused problem ?

I would think it would, I however am not an expert of this.

Yes it would, but if you were banned because of this and had done nothing wrong you could jump on IRC explain the problem and I'm sure that your specific IP addy would be unbanned.

...and after few more days I get another IP, go to IRC, explain the situation, they add my IP to exception list...

so, sear, shoul I repeat this until whole banned range get completly unbanned, or I become at least house friend with sysop/admin ?
:D

Or you could just not use that tracker, your choice ;)

We only ban ip ranges if we keep getting problems from within that range, and if you are in the same range as the user who is the reason for the ban.
It is just bad luck, sorry but we rather keep out 1 good user, than having 1 bad in....

Sounds like you could be banning several good users by banning a range of IP's.

Chalisto

Exactly what it sounds like, sorry for the inconvenience. :)

well they banned romania 'cuz 2 kids ddos-ed their site, so i don't think they really care about a single user.

qweryy

and if that 2 kids start ddos using proxies from other countries they will probably ban whole 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255 range just in case ;)

just joking, but that reveals weak spot for scc, that competition or some agency can exploit easy way.

What are you talking about, doesn't look like you have a clue at all. Please, keep this on topic. :)

Well Chalisto it's sad to see one selfish individual ruin it for many. It's just not right.
