Well that article references the GVU - which is similar to BREIN i believe - The NFO says BKA - which is basically the German FBI.

Anyway, other than here - haven't heard or seen anything relating to this

This morning, over 40 people received a visit from BKA

An ALLE SITLER,USER ETC.
To all sitlers?(ppl who use sites/topsites??), users etc

ALLE USER DIE SICH AUF DER SITE BAK RUMGETRIEBEN HABEN, SIND IN ECHTER GEFAHR !!!!!!
All users that were on the sites where BAK was are in real danger!!!

basically - close to 50 search warrants were executed in 10 states by 200 policemen searching for music/games/movies that aren't available in stores yet.
60 PC's, 15 Hard drives and 2000 CD's/DVD's were confiscated. No one has been arrested, yet.

That's wrong. Heise (http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/96293), a German publishing house has one of the most serious and complete news listings I know of ... and they did report about current raids.

The bare information: 50 searchings, 200 policemen, confiscation of 60 PC's, 15 harddisks and 2000 cd's/dvd's.

In another forum I read the mention of release groups like DIVXFACTORY, SiMPTY, LEX, SYH, ITG and possibly more. Then again, those are not my guesses and they can possibly be wrong.
