is there any good add blocking software out there? Also what is the best spyware killer?

and 4 spyware u could try spybot search and destroy......... though it isnt really userfriendly, it gets the job done.......

For getting adware/spyware off your system, I'd go for either Ad-Aware or Spybot Search & Destroy.

For pop-ups or banners, I'd go for ZoneAlarm Pro instead; it's a firewall primarily, but the Pro version also takes care of banner ads & pop-ups as well - Bonus :w00t:

so that ad watch thingy gets rid of popups? I tried it and it only blocked 1 in medium settings.

The ad-watch you get as part of Ad-Aware, I'd disable if you can - Had too much hassle with it when it did less of a job than a firewall did.

Just use ZoneAlarm Pro or another firewall, and the number of pop-ups you receive should drop drastically :D

make sure u get AdAware6 Proffessional off kazaa, the older versions arnt as good.
Then do an online update.. they update the Spyware Definitions like every week.
