What Does Ag# Mean?

When i look at the keywords sometimes on mp's it will say AG# 1818181 or some number....What exactly does that mean, cause i see it on tons of songs?

AG stands for audiogalaxy, it used to be a little P2P program that only traded MP3's...

Due to legal resons it never named anything what it was meant to be named, but in the end it got shut down :(

But kazaa is much better and AG files appear to be living on!

Ohhhh Audiogalaxy! I know i use to use that for a bit after napster stopped but it didnt even click with me that was that...hey thanks for your info :)

It wasn't for mp3s only. You could trade/download/upload entire albums, movies , programs . The problem was , it was shut down.. Thats it. I loved it. I really miss it ! :unsure:

I never used AG, but it is a comfort knowing those files are still kicking. :)
