Avipreview And Xvid Problem

Is AVIpreview supposed to play the whole movie? Because my freind Burnt me it and it wont play the whole movie,it just plays 30 minutes of it and then quits,and I even copied the Movie to the K-Lite Shared folder and it wont even play on that,anything would help.

avi preview is only supposed to show u a small part of the movie any way, my puropse for it is to check if it is the real film i am downloading, then i know that i can carry on downloading it

AVI preview sucks - I use Kazaa Preview Extractor - it can extract previews for all files, not just movies.

I like KPE too, but be aware that it comes bundled with adware.
When I got the program months ago it came with some weather channel thingie. It was easy to get rid of.

VideoLan is my player of choice.
Yes, it will play Xvid.
