monthly limit for me and since I only grab what I want, it made more sense for me to go with block accounts.

With the amount of TV DVDRs I get, it has to be unlimited, I can grab 200Gb in one weekend alone! :)

200 GB in a week? So you do close to a TB a month on Giganews? I heard rumors some time ago Giganews throttles or even goes so far as to cancel poeple for too much bandwidth. Obviously that was a lie, if you are pulling down a TB - monthly.

I decided to give it a chance when my Giganews sub was up yesterday. So far the speeds are great. Maxing my like at 18mb. Although I havent tested the retention yet. I will try and grab an old 360 game sometime later today and report back. But at $10 a month, and this speed - if I can get at least 100 days retention I will stick it out.

Yep. retention has been exceptional for the price. I might stick it out for a while, The $25 for giganews and $10 is a onsiderable difference.
