Spearhead Iso.exe

This is really stupid, but ive got WIN XP and spearhead will not change into an iso even when i rename it. It still remains an application. can someone plz help with this?

Open up explorer. Click on Tools and then Folder Options. Click on the view tab and make sure the "Hide extensions for known file types." is unchecked.
