do you have to have kazza lite on all the time in order for people to download from you?
and what kind of vulnerabilities does thid prsent to me if I did leave it on all the time??

People can download from you WHEN it is on and NOT when it is off.

As far as risk, this depends on what you share, where you live and what precautions you take such as the privacy patch, Peer Guardian and how you use your fw and so forth.
