Go to there IRC and ask them.
I'm pretty sure they want it to get up as much as you want , and probably more .
I hope it'll open soon .

Well, I've heard it called 'the Duke Nukem Forever of torrent-trackers' and while that is an obvious exaggeration, there's a grain of truth in it. They've done a cool thing with announcing their relaunch intentions in advance, opening a blog for this purpose and hinting at their IRC channel. But I believe that all of this hype seems to be forgotten because of these delays.

Well they were meant to go live in May. Then they said it would be "a few more days";. 4 months later and they wont even give an ETA. Either, they've hit some huge obstacles or the coder has lost motivation or given up. I hope they make it. It was a nice site.

this is what happens when people get ahead of themselves.
they have this great Idea in their head and when they announce it to the world there half cocked with full guns blazing.
thats why it would of been better if they had just brought the site back up then make the announcement.

Edit: I do believe it will happen!
long live TiT

I copied this from another forum...... mite shed some light on things.........

BlastGT1 posted this

Simple facts:

1 coder
1 full time job for said coder, taking 12+ hours out of his day, a job that was supposed to have been part time over his summer
1 crew that also didn't know his schedule would be changed at the last minute

It's not a scam, because an IRCd would not have been purchased for use if it was all about money. Had we known that this was going to happen, I doubt Lermy would have started asking for donations, and we would have kept the IRC channels on After-All rather than moving to our own hosted network.

On behalf of the Staff, being an Admiral myself, I will apologize, again profusely, as it has been a road fraught with setbacks, one after another. However, we certainly don't plan to piss on the legend of TorrentIt by scamming everyone. Code is still being worked on, and because of the schedules, we have not set a new projected date since we first failed to meet the "End of May" target. Rather than throw up dates we hope things might be achieved by, we'd rather get it done, then announce once it's set in stone.

We do thank everyone for their patience, and we understand that it's put a few people out of sorts and dragged on quite a bit. When it's ready to roll, it will be done right.

My only question is. How safe do you think this site will be now with all that attention it's gotten? Seriously. Wasn't brein about to take it down! Don't get me wrong I always liked the site just worried about the security.

I would trust TiT staff before many other bt Site staff that are around..(Not talking about other Good bt Sites. :P )
As for "Safe" Pleeeease, this is the Interwebz and I am a P2P ,who does not live in US or has to wear a tinfoil hat.
There will always be teh good, teh bad and teh ugly in filesharing. Hopefully, through communication and helping your fellow filesharer and good trackers. We can "uncover" any negative shit that teh uglies might be trying or have done within P2P.Like what happened to MediaDefender and teh effect..;)
Just waiting for leaks about Mediasentry and such..:P
OT: I eagerly wait in patience on TiT's imminent return and place amongst the great Sites.:D
