You had to get the list first.

"/fstrulz send list" would be that command. Then each MP3 file would have a number and the lists were always alphabetical.

You could then ask for a single file:

/fstrulz send 211

or a group for an entire album

/fstrulz send 211-225

It was pretty easy, but since the servers (people, not computers) had zero protection, they would be on and leave all the time. They might only come on for a single minute before leaving. The other tough part was that you had to find them as they were never in the same room(s). You had to manually go to rooms such as MP3, sounds, etc just to find a server.
