hmm ,I think vipmusic hand out invites sometimes, I have 5 there, got them 2 months ago.
and Tr You need "energy", look at the energy page and you will see what you need to do to get enough :)

kg they just changed -least 90 days to become PU and get 1 invite/week till reach 4 the maximum for this class
