program wont delete

hi, please can someone tell me how i can delete my outpost firewall. it wont let me delete it from 'add or remove' programs, the 'uninstall' facility dont work on it. when i try to delete it, a message says cannot delete because it may be in use or write protected. i cant shut it down, i cant open it up. it is invisibly working in the background but wont even let me on the net. it has taken control of me!! please help

You need to find a way to access its 'Options' menu to enable "Normal Startup Mode." Actually, if you can do that you should disable "Self-Protection" as well then exit out of the program (like shut it down) then uninstall.
