Hosts File Question

Does anyone know what the other location of the hosts file can be... on is

C:/Program files/Windows/DRIVERS/etc/

and the others is something like..

C:/Winnet ?? i forget...some plz tell me

EDIT:

sorry mods can delete this ..i found it... its...

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\

or..

c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc

You should also add on your site that in ME its just in the Windows directory.

Done its on there....but you should have wrote this in my other topic " Hosts File " ...but oh well nevermind

In windows 95 and 98 it's in C:\windows as well.. ;)

(Thanks for moving it about, MicroShaft, makes it damn hard to write something to automatically update it (!) :angry: )

Ok thanks for telling me....i didnt know since i dont have those versions..the file is in the C:/windows right ? Not in one of the folders...just that first folder.
