can i use nero 2 convert all my .mpeg and .avi and make svcd or vcd or is it betta 2 get a separate program 4 that.......... if so, which should i get?????

nero will burn mpeg1 into vcd format, you will need two seperate programs to encode avi to mpeg1 virtualdub and tmpgenc....

virtualdub and tmpgenc are the most commonly used
