Whats wrong with TVTorrents?

The tracker is down for a few of minuets, up again and down agin.

what is the problem?

there is any special reason for that?

Yeah there's something wrong and it is even mentioned on the main-page. They lost a server recently and the remaining one(s?) cannot handle the high load. A new one is planned but is obviously not yet available.
