they both not open to me some1 know why is that?

RTS is offline. They will be back "in the near future".

for iplay: works fine with me

Straight from the RTS irc channel: they will be back in 3 weeks and be giving invites to only special members.

certain ip classes which belonged to users who stirred up trouble on iPLAY were blocked, if u were a decent user and were among those ip classes we're really sorry
