give it with mail, have the winner not change the pw, and also have them use the same client that you use (same version). This will increase your chances of keeping it alive. The less changes=harder to tell it changed hands.

Who are you giving it to? In any case, you shouldn't because it'll get disabled leaving the receiver upset.

it'll only be disabled with enough red flags from changes. IP alone will not disable, only IP+Some other change will, like pass/mail/client/etc

I've never had a problem moving, switching isp's. I didn't loose my accounts, you know why? Nothing else changed, they knew it was just an ip change, but the same person. How? All the little details.
Wake up, ip change does not = ban. IP's change too frequently, people move, change isp's all the time and never have any trouble.
