I believe that they do, but I can't say for 100% sure.
If you want to list some Spanish artists I could search for them to give you an idea as to what content is available?

No results for anything you said to search for. There's a "latin" category, but I recognize most of the artists so it's pretty easy to say that the music videos uploaded are pretty much just whats known in the US. :idunno:
