my 40th b-day is almost here 1 day to go YIKES :cry:Is it all downhill for me?or does life really begin at 40 ,iff any of you guys over 40 have a answer please post

i never wanted or asked for b-day thread and unless ya a mind reader ya wouldnt have even know to start a thread as its not in my profile ,just wanna know how 40 feels for the over 40s .is it doownhill from here like ?i still feel the same as wen i was 18 but the mirror tells me different

Though some days my back hurts so bad I have a slight limp. No idea what brings it on. On those days one could call me "gramps", I suppose.
