Pictures In Web Are Gone.

I'm guessing someone in my house was messing with something on the computer but now all the pics in web (the start page) are gone including the address bar I've tried uninstalling and such but no luck. how do i get them back?

Try a program called Easy Recovery Pro... if the pics were actually deleted.

But i still don't really understand the problem.
