Okay so i got abn accoubnt a few days ago. I log in 2day and it says error 1. It didn't even dowbnload anything. Plz help me, my user name is zaa730 HELP!!!

On BlackCats there is no such user name found.
Contact BlackCats staff,talk to them. They should help u.

i have seem error
when i signup and every thing alright
i go to login say details wrong
and i recover the account say mail not fount
WTF its very bad and sad:frusty::angry:

If you signed up then didnt login for a week or upload/download anything, your account gets auto pruned.

This is to stop people making lots of accounts and giving them away/selling on ebay once we close.

you will just have to wait until we open up again, or we bring invites back online. which at the moment, is anyones guess, im the owner and i have no plans for either anytime soon.

sorry for you guys but BCG says that they will most likely won't open signups and even give no invites.. ever..

well, that's just for now.. maybe they will change later.. :)

a friend of mine just signed up with the open registration today. he got the email confirmation link, clicked it and confirmed his account. then when he tries to log in he gets 'error 1 - login failed'.

can't be inactivity if he just registered today...is there a reason for this?

can't re-register as the limit is now reached. :(

There will be more to come in the future. So feel free to check back for when

i think that they have close signup even if u recived mail..because of above.

Error 1 seems to mean the account doesn't exist, you'll have to try again next time signups are open. Maybe it's a buggy script or their server hiccups under the load?

The funny thing is this has happened to me twice, a few weeks ago and again today. :(

2 days ago, even i i got an error 2 while logging in!
I cleared the cache/cookies and everything was fine again :)

I got the dreaded error 1 message as well after clicking on the confirmation email.

I am trying to find the help channel from IRC as well and can't even do that, lol.

Man I feel like a noob:(

guys head over to the IRC channel #help on their server and ask the staff to fix your account, thats what i did when i got error 1 its all good now.

I pm'd a couple of them, just using the username I signed up with, the password I signed up with, and my email address. I sent them nothing else. Hopefully that was what they need. Still waiting on a reply back from them.

I spoke with them right on IRC, he gave me a new password and presto. Doing it via email will take much longer.

i have some problems with the log in, i have the codeword and my password but the page won't load further that the cover site. same page loads if i type my data. could be firefox fault ? dosn't work with IE also, same thing happent.

can some one give me a tip ?
