Im wondering if theres a real cool tool
which can convert, cut and combine all video formats
including RM and MOV

EO Video can do everything you mentioned, except cut sections out of a video clip. You need to use Virtualdub or TMPGenc for that.

hell yea, i just recently tried EO Video last week.. awsome compression tweak settings, video file type support, etc. :D :D
