What i would like:
Type: Movies - Whole community participation ripping/uploading (OiNK for films)
No. Users: Doesn't matter, its the activity of the users that counts >5000
Donations = Nothing special, star will do if you really need one.
Invites: Anything goes but the inviter is held accountable.
Theme: Makes no difference.
Pretime/Content/Speed: Only content really matters here.
Irc Bonus: Waste of time. %number of users that lurk on irc tells you that its not popular. should be used as a point of contact for the most part. Dont encourage people that really dont want to be there in the first place.
Most importantly, ran by mature members who know what they are doing & does not have any obsession with trying to be elite & worrying about uploading anything thats from the scene kiddies as fast as their school bandwidth allows them.
imo the best new tracker in recent history to use as an example: thebox.bz
